INSTALLATION

In compliance with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Also, be sure to adjust the fog lights downward by about three degrees for safety and optimal performance.

If your suspension hasn’t been upgraded to handle an additional 60-100kg (like the extra weight of the steel bullbar and optional winch), we strongly recommend upgrading it—especially at the front. Factory suspensions often struggle under the load, which can lead to sagging, a bumpy ride, and potential damage over time. Proper suspension upgrades ensure you get maximum benefit from your bullbar while maintaining drive comfort and vehicle safety.

When installing the bullbar, leave a gap of around 10-15mm between the bumper and the bullbar. This allowance lets the chassis and body move independently, preventing stress and possible damage during typical driving or off-road maneuvers.
