1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on krenbits.com ("the Site"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Site or purchase any products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kren Bits Limited ("Kren Bits", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site and make purchases. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify specifications without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund. Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. For international customers, prices will be displayed in the applicable local currency where supported, and the final charge will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, Afterpay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Kren Bits reserves the right to cancel or refund any transaction within 72 hours of order placement if the order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Cancellations and Restocking Fee

All order cancellations incur a 25% restocking and administration fee. This fee applies to all cancellation requests made after order confirmation, regardless of whether the item has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at sales@krenbits.com. Cancellation requests are processed at our discretion and are not guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment pipeline. For custom-ordered, special-order, or made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible and no refund will be issued. This restocking fee also applies to refused deliveries and uncollected parcels.

6. Warranty

All products sold by Kren Bits carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless a longer warranty period is specified by the product manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to sales@krenbits.com with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and supporting photographs. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or normal wear and tear. Kren Bits reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or refund at our sole discretion.

7. Fitment and Installation

Where Kren Bits arranges fitment through a third-party installer, fitment is provided as a separate service. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected products are compatible with their vehicle. Kren Bits will make reasonable efforts to verify compatibility but does not guarantee fitment suitability for every vehicle variation, model year, or aftermarket modification. Any damage caused during installation by a third-party installer is the responsibility of the installer, not Kren Bits.

8. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product they are purchasing is compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, year, and variant. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before ordering. We are not liable for products ordered for the wrong vehicle. Returns for incorrectly ordered parts are subject to the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Kren Bits Limited or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kren Bits Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site, purchase of products, or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or any other applicable law.

11. Consumer Guarantees Act

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For business-to-business (B2B) and trade purchases, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply, and these Terms shall govern the transaction in full.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Disputes

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

14. Modifications

Kren Bits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kren Bits Limited regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
