AI-assisted calls

When you send us an enquiry through our website or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Kren Offroad may call you back using an AI voice assistant.

The assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of every call. Its job is to confirm your vehicle and registration, answer questions about the product you enquired about, and pass you to a person. You can ask to speak to a human at any point in the call and it will put you through.

Calls made or received by the assistant are recorded and transcribed so we can check the information we gave you was correct and improve the service. Recordings and transcripts are held securely and deleted after 12 months.

The assistant only calls people who have asked us to get in touch. If you would rather not be called, tell the assistant, reply to any of our emails, or contact us at sales@krenbits.com and we will remove your number.

We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at sales@krenbits.com.
