1. Shipping Coverage
Kren Bits ships throughout New Zealand, Australia, and internationally. We are committed to getting your parts to you as quickly and safely as possible, no matter where you are.
2. Free Shipping — New Zealand & Australia
We offer free standard shipping on the majority of our product range to addresses within New Zealand and Australia. Some oversized, heavy, or freight-only items (such as bullbars, roof racks, and full suspension kits) may incur additional shipping charges. If additional freight charges apply, these will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated to you before dispatch.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to the following conditions:
- Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout or quoted prior to dispatch.
- All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Kren Bits has no control over, and accepts no liability for, any customs delays, additional charges, or import restrictions.
- International orders may take longer to deliver depending on the destination and local customs processing times.
4. Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days of order confirmation, depending on product availability and warehouse location. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Special-order, made-to-order, or drop-shipped items may take longer — we will notify you of any expected delays at the time of order.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 4–12 business days
- International: 7–28 business days (varies by destination)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by courier capacity, public holidays, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. The maximum delivery window for any order is 28 business days from the date of dispatch.
6. Carriers
We use trusted carriers including NZ Post, Australia Post, FedEx, Aramex, and other reputable freight providers. The carrier used for your order is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment.
7. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at sales@krenbits.com.
8. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at sales@krenbits.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Kren Bits is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
9. Refused Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery is refused by the recipient or a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The 25% restocking and administration fee will also apply. Re-delivery will only be arranged once these costs have been paid in full.
10. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. Kren Bits is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
11. Rural Deliveries
Some rural or remote addresses in New Zealand and Australia may incur additional delivery surcharges or experience longer delivery times. We will advise you of any additional charges before dispatch where possible.
