Returns & Refund Policy — Kren Bits Limited

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return claim. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories, hardware, and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Products that have been installed, modified, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at sales@krenbits.com within the return window. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send products back without first obtaining a Return Authorisation (RA) number from our team. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.

3. Restocking Fee

All returns and cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking and administration fee. This fee is deducted from your refund amount and applies to all returns, including change-of-mind returns, incorrect orders placed by the customer, and refused/uncollected deliveries.

4. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns or incorrectly ordered items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be returned using a tracked and insured shipping method. For defective or damaged products, Kren Bits will arrange and cover return shipping.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds if products are used, damaged, or missing components.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. The restocking fee applies.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-ordered or made-to-order products
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Exhaust systems and engine components that have been fitted
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

9. Warranty Claims

All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact sales@krenbits.com with proof of purchase, description, and photographs.

10. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
