1 · Sales Specialist (Inbound + outbound)
Remote NZ or AU · Full-time · Some weekend cover
You'll be the first voice customers hear when they reach out to Kren — handling inbound product enquiries, building quotes for big builds (full GVM upgrades, bullbar packages, multi-product fitouts), running outbound follow-ups on warm leads, and closing deals. We need someone who already knows the difference between a coil-over and a strut, can quote a Hilux N80 lift kit off the top of their head, and isn't fazed by a 30-minute phone call about wheel offsets. Sales experience preferred but not essential — product knowledge and clear communication matter more. KPI'd on revenue and conversion. Base + commission.
2 · Office Administrator
Remote NZ · Full-time
The glue that holds the team together. You'll be running supplier POs, freight dispatch coordination, customer-service queue triage, returns and warranty case management, account reconciliation in Xero, and keeping our internal operations organised. We need someone obsessive about detail — wrong SKU shipped to wrong customer is the kind of thing that takes us a week to fix and we'd rather avoid altogether. Experience with Shopify admin, Xero, and freight carrier portals (NZ Post, GoSweetSpot, Mainfreight) is a big plus.
3 · Content Creator (Photo / video / social)
Remote NZ or AU · Full-time or contract
You'll own everything visual — product photography, install walkthroughs, customer-vehicle features, social-first short-form video for Instagram and TikTok, blog content, and email newsletter design. We need someone who can shoot a bullbar fitment in the field and have a polished 60-second TikTok edited and live by the time they get home. Bonus points if you can drive a manual ute, you've got your own gear (cameras, gimbal, drone), and you understand the NZ/AU 4×4 audience. We're not after corporate-glossy — we're after honest, useful, watchable content.
