Designed locally in Australia, the Rockarmor GT Bullbar series combines a modern, aggressive look with maximum protection fitted specifically for Ford Ranger models PX1, 2, and PX3. This full bumper replacement steel bullbar not only enhances your vehicle’s frontal protection but also complements the factory-modern aesthetic of your Ranger.

The GT series is built with durability and functionality in mind. Crafted from high-quality 2.8mm steel, it offers robust protection against impacts and off-road hazards. The 52mm top cross tube maximizes approach angles, making it easier to navigate rough terrain without worrying about skid plates or getting stuck on obstacles. Plus, the design includes laser-cut holes for driving lights, allowing you to add auxiliary lighting easily, boosting visibility during night drives or low-light conditions.

This bullbar comes equipped with built-in, rated recovery points capable of handling loads up to 3.2 tonnes, an essential feature for off-road recovery situations. Whether you're stuck in mud, sand, or snow, these rated recovery points provide peace of mind that your vehicle can be safely pulled out without risking damage to the bullbar or your Ranger.

Additional features include integrated LED fog lights and indicator lights, which are compatible with your factory controls, offering both style and functionality. The bullbar's design provides protection for essential safety features such as front sensors and cameras, ensuring your vehicle's advanced safety systems stay intact and operational.

The Bullbar also allows for accessories like electric winches—up to 12,000 pounds capacity—and twin hi-lift jack points, making it a versatile addition for serious off-road adventures. The included extended centre bash plate offers extra underbody protection, safeguarding vital components from debris and rough terrain.

Finished with a highly durable black powder coat, the GT Bullbar withstands harsh weather, chipping, and corrosion, maintaining its sleek look over time. Optional color matching is available through your local Rockarmor distributor, letting you customize your Ranger’s appearance to match or contrast with your vehicle’s paint job.

It’s important to note that to comply with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights, and fog lights need to be adjusted downward by three degrees for optimal performance.

If you haven’t upgraded your suspension yet, especially if you plan to run a heavy-duty bullbar and optional winch, we strongly recommend upgrading your front suspension to handle an additional 60-100kg. Without this, your front end may sag, leading to a bumpy ride and potential damage over time. Leaving about a 10-15mm gap between the bullbar and the vehicle’s body during installation helps accommodate chassis movement and prevents unwanted stress on the mounting system.

  • INSTALLATION

      For NZTA compliance, remember to install your daytime running lights separately from the headlights, and ensure the fog lights are adjusted downward by three degrees for proper function and safety.

      If your Ford Ranger's suspension isn’t upgraded to handle additional weight—such as the heavy steel bumper and winch—you should consider suspension improvements, particularly at the front. Upgrading will prevent sagging and improve ride quality, avoiding unnecessary stress and potential damage caused by the added load.

      When fitting the bullbar, leave a minimum of 10-15mm spacing between the bumper and the vehicle body. This gap allows for natural movement of the chassis and prevents undue stress on the mounting points during typical driving or off-road conditions.
