It’s designed with higher approach angles, making it easier to navigate rough terrain without risking damage to your vehicle’s front end. This full bumper replacement bull bar is constructed from sturdy 2.8mm high-quality steel with 51mm tubing, ensuring durability and strength. The design incorporates twin slotted antenna mounts on the top cross tube, built-in LED fog lights, indicators compatible with factory controls, and laser-cut mounting holes for optional 9" LED driving lights. It features extended silver bash plates to shield the front of your vehicle against rocks and debris, plus twin high-lift jack points for added recovery versatility.

For added convenience, the bull bar accommodates electric winches up to 12,000 pounds, thanks to its built-in winch plate. The inclusion of 3.2-tonne rated recovery points ensures you’re prepared for any roadside emergencies, and the soft shackle friendly rated recovery points make for safer, more reliable recovery setups. With provisions for high-intensity driving lights and LED indicators, you get enhanced visibility and safety during nighttime or harsh weather driving conditions. All components are shot blasted and chemically washed for extra rust protection, then finished in an ultra-durable black powder coat to withstand harsh Australian conditions. FITTING OF BULLBAR

To meet NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Remember to adjust the fog lights to three degrees down for optimal visibility and compliance. Proper fitment is key to ensuring your bull bar remains secure and functions correctly, especially when taking your vehicle off-road.

If your vehicle’s suspension isn’t upgraded to handle the additional weight of the steel bull bar and optional winch (if installed), we strongly recommend upgrading your suspension, particularly at the front. Without appropriate suspension support, your front end may sag, resulting in a bumpy ride and potential damage over time. Upgrading enhances your vehicle’s ability to carry heavy accessories safely and maintain optimal handling.

When fitting the bull bar, leave a minimum of 10-15mm clearance between the bar and the body of your vehicle—this gap allows for chassis and body movement without risking contact or damage. Proper spacing ensures a secure fit while accommodating the natural flexing and movement during driving, especially off-road.
