INSTALLATION

To stay compliant with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Also, adjust the fog lights downward by about three degrees to ensure proper alignment and prevent glare for other drivers.

If your vehicle’s suspension isn’t upgraded to handle an additional 60-100kgs, especially if you plan to install the optional winch or load up your bullbar, we recommend upgrading your suspension—particularly in the front. Factory suspension may sag or become bumpy under the extra weight, which can lead to further damage and negatively affect ride quality. Proper suspension upgrades help maintain handling, comfort, and safety, allowing your Triton to perform optimally with the bullbar installed.

When fitting the bullbar, leave a minimum gap of 10-15mm between the bar and the vehicle's body. This space accounts for the independent movement of the chassis and body, preventing unnecessary stress or damage during operation.
