    • FITTING  DETAILS

    To stay compliant with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Adjust your fog lights to a downward angle of approximately three degrees to avoid dazzling other drivers and ensure proper road safety.

    If your vehicle's suspension isn't upgraded to handle additional weight—roughly 60-100kgs, especially if you’re fitting a steel hoopless bullbar and optional winch—it’s strongly recommended to upgrade it. Failing to do so can lead to front suspension sagging, a bumpy ride, and potential damage over time. Proper suspension upgrades, particularly in the front, help maintain ride quality and protect your vehicle’s integrity.

    When installing the bullbar, leave at least a 10-15mm gap between the bar and the vehicle’s body. This spacing allows for independent movement of the chassis and body, preventing unnecessary stress or deformation during off-road operation or harsh terrain driving.

    Fitting time: Typically takes about 2-3 hours, depending on your experience and tools.

    Fitting difficulty: Rated at 4 out of 10—an achievable DIY project for those comfortable with basic vehicle modifications or with professional installer assistance.
