Built from high-quality steel, they feature military-grade wrapped eyes for extra safety, especially important if a main leaf breaks. The diamond-cut design allows for better load distribution over a larger surface, ensuring durability and stability under heavy loads. The anti-friction liners between the springs help reduce friction, which leads to a smoother ride and less wear over time—though some part numbers might not include this feature.

High-strength clips with nylon insulators are used to keep the leaf packs aligned and quiet, while Nyloc nuts secure these clips to prevent loosening, which can cause uneven tire wear or damage. The two-stage leaf pack design provides extra support when carrying heavy loads, giving you peace of mind whether you're towing or hauling gear.
