INSTALLATION

In accordance with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights for compliance. Also, your fog lights need to be adjusted downward by about three degrees to optimize visibility and safety on the road. Proper installation ensures you get maximum benefit from your premium steel bullbar and enhances safety for you and others around you.

If your vehicle's suspension isn't upgraded to handle additional weight—typically around 60-100kgs—we strongly recommend considering suspension upgrades, particularly in the front. This helps support the weight of the steel bumper and optional winch (if installed), which can add significant weight. Without these upgrades, your factory suspension may sag, leading to a bumpy ride and potential damage over time. A properly upgraded suspension improves ride comfort and preserves your vehicle's handling and safety when fitted with such heavy-duty equipment.

When fitting the bullbar, leave a generous 10-15mm gap between the bar and the body of the vehicle. This space allows for independent movement of the chassis and body, preventing undue stress and potential damage during off-road driving or everyday use. It also makes for easier installation and future adjustments or repairs.
