INSTALLATION

To stay compliant with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Additionally, the fog lights need to be carefully adjusted downward by about three degrees for optimal performance and legal compliance.

If your vehicle's suspension isn’t upgraded to support additional weight—specifically 60 to 100 kilograms—we strongly recommend upgrading your suspension system, particularly in the front. The weight of the steel bullbar and optional winch can cause factory suspension to sag over time, leading to a bumpier ride and potential damage. Proper suspension means your vehicle retains its handling, safety, and comfort even with the added weight of your premium steel bullbar.

When fitting the bullbar, it's advisable to leave a minimum gap of 10-15mm between the bullbar and the vehicle's body. This space allows for chassis and body movement, ensuring the bullbar doesn’t interfere with vehicle operation or cause unnecessary stress during driving or impacts.
