    INSTALLATION

    To keep everything compliant with NZTA regulations, all daytime running lights should be installed separately from your headlights. Also, remember to adjust the fog lights downward by three degrees to ensure proper alignment and road safety.

    If your vehicle's suspension isn’t upgraded to handle the added weight of the steel bull bar and optional winch — especially when loaded with 60-100kgs — it’s highly recommended that you consider a suspension upgrade. Upgrading your suspension, particularly at the front, helps prevent sagging and rough rides caused by the additional mass, safeguarding your vehicle’s drivetrain and ride comfort in the long run. Factory suspension, in particular, may struggle with the weight, leading to potential damage and a less comfortable experience while off-roading or even daily driving.

    For optimal performance and longevity, when fitting the bull bar, leave a gap of about 10-15mm between the bar and the vehicle’s body. This space allows for chassis and body movement without stress, helping to maintain the integrity of all mounting points over time.
