Tracking numbers don't tell the whole story.
Your part might travel further than you think. Across our six-warehouse network (NZ, AU, TH, UK, US, CN), parts sometimes cross-dock between warehouses to get to you fastest, sometimes change courier hands en route, sometimes a single order ships in two parcels from two regions.
One tracking number can't capture all that. So instead of pointing you at a number that'll either be confusing or out-of-date, we email you at every real milestone — order received, with our fulfilment team, heading to courier, shipped, almost there, delivered.
You always know where you stand — and if anything goes off-plan, we're already on it before you even notice.
