Regulator Plug:
If the connection block doesn't match yours exactly they can be unclipped by inserting small flat head screw driver or other suitable object and unclipping, similar to an Ethernet or telephone plug. Re-connect using same method. The 3 yellows can be replaced in any order.

There are 2 variations of this regulator. Single plug and two plug versions, please make sure this two plug version regulator is what you want.

There are two versions regulator of SV650/S 99-02, please check the part number and make sure you need the two plug version regulator.
Please check the images and specifications carefully before ordering paying close attention to the plug layout.

Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors.
Our stator / regulator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation.
