12x1.25 can easily be used with the most common thread pitch with an adapter.

Since it is handmade, please understand there can be some very minor imperfections (very slightly off-center threads, very slightly tilted thread, etc). The imperfections will be unnoticeable when the shift knob is mounted.
Please understand this item can take up to 3-5 days to ship if we run out of already made shift knobs. It is a 2-3 day process to make. Thank you for your patience.
If you end up wanting the shift knob to face a certain direction, but it is still loose, all you need is a 12x1.25 jam nut to tighten against the shift knob threads to hold it facing the desired way (included).
