3" Stainless Steel Performance Exhaust Upgrade for Nissan Navara 2007+ D40 Turbo Diesel
Replace the restrictive factory exhaust system with this brand new PPD Performance Polished Stainless Steel upgrade.
Specifically designed for the Nissan Navara D40 2.5L TD's (2007-onwards), this system unleashes the performance and sound that they should have had from the factory!

Turboback Specifications:
- Industry leading premium 304-grade 1.5mm thick stainless steel piping.
- 1/8 NPT EGT port included on dump pipe.
- 2 bolt connecting flanges for easy bolt-on installation.
- Turbo dump pipe internally welded for highest gas flow.
- TIG welded & mandrel bent.
- Bolts & premium "Fire Ring" gaskets included.
- Heavy duty hangers with dual attachment points on the exhaust for increased durability.
Which version do I need?
Catalytic Converter:
- This is an emissions device which is required for road legality.
- High Flow: Required for road legality, marginally quieter than the non-catted systems, but less soot / emissions and still an aggressive note. Recommended.
- None: For off road use only. This is a complete 3" straight-through setup. Slightly higher performance output due to higher flow, louder and cheaper.
Muffler Option:
- This is a high flowing box muffler.
- Box Muffler: Reduces drone inside the cabin, significantly quieter than the 'none' option but still a very aggressive note under acceleration.
- None: Our highest performing and loudest option.
These are a proven design producing fantastic gains on the Nissan Navara D40 2.5L 2007+.
This is a complete turbo-back which replaces the entire standard exhaust, including a DPF if one is equipped. If the car is DPF equipped the sensors should be disconnected and the car remapped to suit.
Note: DPF removal components are designed for off-road use only. Please consider this before purchasing and installing
