HPD Intercooler Kit Fits Nissan Navara D40 V6 ST-X F/M

Factory Nissan Navara intercoolers have a number of design flaws that result in frequent split/cracked end tanks, mainly due to friction between end tanks being pressed together to the core with a rubber O-ring between. This kit serves as a significant upgrade over that factory intercooler system, offering a massive 11kW increase in rear wheel power as a bolt on without the need for any additional enhancements. The kit is front mounted, so doesn't suffer from high under-bonnet temperatures like top mounted intercoolers do. Between this, the aluminium end tanks, and the higher quality piping, this intercooler is a drastic improvement in thermal dissipation.This intercooler kit replaces and upgrade the existing piping, increasing the hot side piping diameter to 57mm and the cold side pumping to 63mm, all the way up to 70mm at the inlet manifold. To make installing the kit easier, it has been designed to fit directly back on to the factory mounting points through a series of laser cut brackets and gussets that have been TIG welded to the end tanks. Each kit is vehicle specific with a heat exchanger, alloy mandrel bent piping, quality silicone hoses, and fittings.
