If you've got a Jeep Cherokee XJ and you want to unlock its real off-road potential, this Rough Country 3-inch lift kit is a solid place to start. Covering XJ models from 1984 to 2001 (both 4WD and RWD), it's a complete kit that gives you improved ground clearance, a levelled stance, and room to run up to 31-inch tyres — all without hacking up your Jeep.
- Precision-engineered front coil springs lift and level the Cherokee, adding 3 inches up front and 1.5–2 inches in the rear
- Nitrogen-charged N3 shocks with 10-stage variable valving for a controlled ride on and off the road
- Choice of rear suspension: add-a-leaf springs or full replacement leaf packs depending on your budget and goals
- Clevite OEM-style rubber bushings in the control arms for lasting durability
- Bolt-on installation — no major modifications needed
- Upgrade shock options available: M1 or V2 monotube for serious off-road use
As New Zealand's official Rough Country importer, Magwarehouse stocks these kits and can fit them at our Manukau workshop — no appointment needed. Give us a call on 09 250 1803 to check availability or talk through the right setup for your XJ.
