If you're tired of doing a half-climb just to get into your Jeep Wrangler TJ, these Rough Country Nerf Steps are a solid fix. Designed specifically for 1997–2006 TJ models (not Unlimited), they bolt straight on without any drilling — a clean, straightforward install that most owners can handle at home.
The full-length main bar runs the entire cab length, giving you a proper step that actually works rather than something decorative. They sit high and tight against the body, so you're not sacrificing clearance on the trail, and the integrated stone guards help protect your lower panels and paint from kicked-up rocks and debris — handy on NZ gravel roads and tracks alike.
- Direct bolt-on fitment — no drilling required
- Corrosion-resistant .084 wall tubing built for tough conditions
- Integrated stone guards to protect paintwork and body
- Conceals exposed frame for a tidier look
- Backed by Rough Country's limited lifetime warranty
- Note: Does NOT fit Wrangler Unlimited models
As NZ's official Rough Country importer, Magwarehouse stocks these and can fit them at our Manukau workshop — no appointment needed. Give us a call on 09 250 1803 if you want to check fitment or talk through your TJ build.
