Lift your 1996 to 2002 Toyota Hilux Surf or 3rd gen 4Runner with a New Zealand-made body lift kit. Designed to create additional clearance between the body and chassis for larger tyres, each kit includes CNC-machined solid lift blocks, high-tensile fasteners and the machined steering shaft spacer needed for the lift.

Made in New Zealand
We manufacture our body lift kits in-house using CNC-machined solid blocks. Each block is marked with the Flatout logo for identification.
You receive a vehicle-specific kit with the mounting hardware, steering spacer and fitting instructions together.
Steering shaft spacer included
Raising the body changes the relationship between the steering column and the chassis-mounted steering components. The included steering shaft spacer is designed to maintain the required spline engagement after the lift.
Shifter extensions for manual vehicles
For manual vehicles receiving a 50 mm / 2-inch body lift, shifter extensions return the gear and transfer-case levers to their original height relative to the raised body.

New Zealand LVV certification
Body lifts require LVV certification for road use in New Zealand, regardless of lift height.
This kit is designed around New Zealand’s certification requirements and comes with our Certifiable Guarantee. If an issue with the supplied kit components prevents LVV certification, contact us so we can put it right.
Final certification covers the installation and the vehicle’s overall modifications as well as the supplied components.
