If you've got a Jeep Wrangler TJ (1997–2006) or Wrangler Unlimited (2004–2006) and you're ready to add a winch without committing to a full bumper swap, this Rough Country Winch Mounting Plate is a smart, cost-effective solution. It bolts directly onto your factory front bumper — or most aftermarket tube-style bumpers — so you can get a winch up front without a big fabrication job.
Built from heavy-gauge steel, this mounting plate is made to handle the stress of real recovery situations, not just look the part. It's compatible with most winches on the market, so you're not locked into a specific brand.
- Heavy steel construction for serious durability
- Fits factory TJ front bumpers and most tube-style aftermarket bumpers
- Compatible with most winch brands and models
- Simple bolt-on installation — no welding required
- Compatible with Rough Country D-Ring Mounting Kit #1189 (sold separately)
As NZ's official Rough Country importer, Magwarehouse stocks this and the full range of Rough Country Jeep accessories. Give us a call on 09 250 1803 or come into our Manukau workshop — no appointment needed.
